Rack Processing: Rack Assembly Guidelines
The rack can be fitted to any length. When assembling, the clearance between two racks should be adjusted to the mating pitch. The positioning pin should be used to install the rack.
First: Locate and tighten racks
2. Position the next rack with the reverse gear gauge.
Three: Each interface, the parallelism of the rack is measured with a rod.
