Selection of rack processing parameters:

(1) Whether the runout of the gear, the full tooth depth, the common normal line, the tooth orientation are qualified or not, and whether the pitch error is excessive or not.

(2) Whether the installation distance of gear and rack is appropriate after installation.

(3) The meshing clearance of rack and gear should be 0.25* modulus.

(4) Whether the rack's full tooth depth, runout and common normal, especially the tooth orientation, are qualified.
